Karantis360 is an automated personal monitoring and alerting system which alerts family members to a potential issue based on a change in behaviour.

It was developed specifically to promote independent, home living for an aging population, vulnerable adults and those living with Alzheimer’s or dementia and to enable early release from hospital for clients where monitoring is required.

Using a non-intrusive system of sensors and machine learning, Karantis360 flags exceptions to routines and habits, such as whether your loved one has got out of bed, is sitting in a chair, has boiled the kettle and so on.

Karantis360 believes that simplicity is the key to a successful and valuable deployment of technology.  Data collected via the sensors is analysed in real time and measured for key indicators. By identifying changes to normal behavior patterns or risks associated with security or safety, we can flag these exceptions using digital alerts – which enables family members to be able to intervene and put in place the appropriate actions.
