This video shows the functionality available to a carer within the KarantisCare App. All important information that relates to the client is available as well as updates to the KarantisFacts which appear highlighted. Details of the visit made by the carer and the clients’ wellbeing is logged and these updates are then sent to both the family member and Care Agency.
This video shows the functionality available to a family member within the KarantisCare App. When a carer completes their visit a report is immediately generated and logged, allowing the family member to see and understand the wellbeing of their loved one. The family member can then rate the level of care and communicate directly with the carer.
This video shows the functionality available to a care agency using the KarantisCare Web application. Here a care agency can set up their carers, their clients and their administrators as well as separate branches if required. They can also run reports, updating important information pertaining to their clients and maintaining a secure audit trail.
